Included in the price, guests have access to their garden and to our private beach, where they get a dedicated sunbeds or chairs, as well as parking.

The space

Nestled within our cherished family estate, this guesthouse stands as one of three unique residences: our main home, a charming annex, and this exquisite property. Embraced by a lush garden, the house features a private terrace, complete with comfortable sofas  the perfect spot for a leisurely afternoon read or a sunset aperitif. An outdoor table awaits for you to savor an alfresco Tuscan meal.

Inside, you'll find a spacious bedroom with parquet flooring and a generous, light-filled living room with a fully equipped induction kitchen. A comfortable sofa bed provides extra sleeping space, and a TV for relaxation.

Guest access

Guests have access to their garden and to our private beach, where they get a dedicated sunbed and chairs to enjoy the Tuscan coast away from the crowds.

Other things to note

We value open communication and transparency to set the right expectations and ensure your stay is the best it can be!

📶 There is limited cellphone coverage in the house, but you can get easily get great service in the garden and on the beach. -

🛜 We provide internet through Starlink, a satellite operator. Service can be unreliable for reasons outside of our control.

🐕There likely will be be 2 small dogs on site. They are small and well-behaved, but we understand that not everyone loves dogs.

🏊‍♀️In the main summer months, when we live on-site, there is a family atmosphere in the shared spaces, but the privacy of our guests is close to our hearts. Tell us your preferences and if you want to interact more or less. -

☀️Our private beach is stunning. Keep in mind it's rocky, not sandy. We recommend wearing water shoes.

🏊‍♀️Swimming is unsupervised and at your own risk.

While our guesthouse offers an idyllic and secluded retreat, it's important to mention that this guesthouse is close to the border of the property, which might result in some traffic noise. However, we find it usually blends into the tranquil soundscape of our estate.

The guesthouse is located between the quaint town of Quercianella and the iconic Castiglioncello: Mastroianni, Fellini, and Dolce Vita directors' stomping grounds. 

All the major Tuscan destinations are a short drive away:

But heads up: once you're in the quiet magic garden, it's hard to go back into the crowds! Helpful to know: you need a car to move around. There is no sidewalk on Via Aurelia, and it's hazardous to walk on the side of the road.
